Cookie Policy
A practical explanation of the cookies and browser-storage mechanisms used by FramePrompts today, and what will change if optional tools are introduced.
The public FramePrompts application does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. It is designed to work without optional tracking technologies.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store and send back with later requests. They can keep a service secure, remember a session or preference, or measure behaviour. Similar technologies include local storage, IndexedDB, pixels and device identifiers. Rules for storing or accessing information on a device generally apply to these technologies as well as traditional cookies.
2. Essential and optional technologies
Essential technologies are necessary to transmit communications, provide a feature you explicitly request, authenticate authorised administrators, or protect and operate the site. Where the law permits, these may be used without consent, but we still explain them here.
Optional technologies include non-essential analytics, behavioural advertising, cross-site tracking and similar tools. Where consent is required, these technologies must remain off until you make a freely given choice.
3. What FramePrompts uses now

Cookie names and lifetimes used by infrastructure security features can change as threats, browser behaviour and Cloudflare configuration change. You can inspect current cookies at any time using your browser’s developer tools or site-data settings.
4. Optional cookies are not currently active
FramePrompts does not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies on the public site. It also does not currently use cookies for public user accounts because those accounts do not exist.
If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking or other non-essential technologies, we will first update this Policy and, where required by EU or Polish law:
- show a consent interface before those technologies activate;
- offer a genuine reject option as well as an accept option;
- explain the providers, purposes and durations; and
- make withdrawing consent as easy as giving it.
Future possibilities are not described here as active practices.
5. How to control cookies and site data
Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies or other site data through privacy or security settings. You can usually delete data for frameprompts.com alone or configure the browser to reject future storage.
Blocking essential security mechanisms may cause a security check or private admin feature to stop working. Deleting the admin IndexedDB record removes the remembered backup-folder handle; it does not delete files already saved in the administrator’s local folder.
Browser instructions are available from the support pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and other browsers. Because browser menus change, consult the documentation for your installed version.
6. Personal data and providers
Some technical identifiers, IP addresses and request or security information may be personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains why we process that data, Cloudflare’s role, international transfers, retention and your GDPR rights.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our technology, providers or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and change the “Last updated” date. If a new technology requires consent, it will not be treated as accepted merely because you continue browsing.
